2. What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your shipping address (collected by Stripe at checkout)
• Your order details (product purchased, quantity)

We do not store your payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or touch your card number.

3. How We Use It

• To fulfill and ship your order
• To send you order confirmation and shipping updates
• To send you follow-up product recommendations (you can opt out anytime)

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising trackers. No third-party surveillance is loaded on any page.

5. Your Rights

6. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases from Hauntmark are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as described below.

Every tapestry and flag is printed exclusively for your individual order. Production begins immediately upon payment and cannot be stopped, reversed, or reassigned. Because your item is made specifically for you the moment you purchase, it cannot be restocked or resold. This is the nature of on-demand exclusive printing.

By completing a purchase on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy. This acknowledgment is collected via checkbox at the time of checkout and constitutes a binding agreement.

Exceptions — the only circumstance in which we will remedy an order:

• Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement. No return shipping required.
• Lost in transit: If your tracked shipment shows no movement for 15+ business days, we will investigate and reship if confirmed lost.

We do not accept refund requests for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size expectation (product dimensions are clearly listed)
• Color variation between screen and print
• Delayed shipments within the stated 3–5 business day window
• Orders placed in error

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-qualifying reason constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to contest all fraudulent chargebacks and provide Stripe with this policy, your purchase acknowledgment, and fulfillment records as evidence.

7. Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe. Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

8. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed same day and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control once your item has shipped.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hauntmark's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
